ITEM1 : AdblueOBD2 For DAF EURO6

For DAF EURO 6 ADBLUE CANCEL EMULATOR INSTALLATION

You must attach the emulator to the rear of the silencer under the EAS ecu.

You must first disconnect the nox sensor cables and connect the emulator cables to the NOxcables.

you must obtain fuseo F22 (e497 15A)

CAN cables are located at the top of the NOx socket.

Carside mutator side

CAN H----------------------->WHITE cable

CAN L------------------------> BROWN cable

POWER(+)-------------------->RED cable

GND(-)------------------------> Black cable

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Only the CAN cables are to be connected from the NOx socket as the truck’sfuse has been taken. For power connections you need to use ground (GND) and contact(+).

You must clear the error codes from the engine ECU, If you do not have DAVIE software, you can us for DAF Euro 6 DTC Eraser.

The connection type for DAF460/480 is the same but the NOx socket locations are different. The following are shown.

ITEM2 : AdblueOBD2 For IVECO EURO6

Features :

AdBlue emulator for iveco Euro 6 not need to be learned. We fit emulator under the cover of AdBlue tank (behind of right front wheeL)

SCR system in for Iveco Euro 6 is not typical. All aftertreatment process is managed by engine ECU EDC17 Cv41 there is no additonal AdBlue ECU system. So some of the components connected direcly to engine ECU should be electrycally operating property, (AdBlue injector, directional Valle, temperature sensors）

NH3 Sensor

CAN wires we need connect separetly

The best place for it is plug ST55A (you can find it on the vehicle frame, right side of engine,above the right front wheel)

WHITE- to pin 22 (CAN H)

BROWN-to pin 21(CAN L)

Now only we need connect power (emulators red cable as VCC and black cable as GND) to ignition power. Just remove the fuse NUMBER 70405 from 4th block.

For Iveco Eurocargo

Emulator Vehicle side

WHITE (CAN H)----------------> NoX Socket 4 pin

BROWN (CAN L)--------------->NoX Socket 3 pin

Red (positive +)----------------> AdBlue socket 9 pin (7542)-(or ignition contact Line)

Black(GND-)--------------------> AdBlue socket 8 pin(o549)-(or chassis to print)

Remove the fuse number 3(15A)at block 70000/2 from the fuse box. Erase any errors.
