You'll be able to download vehicles ECU chip data (even if it's encrypted like on new cars) - which you can then edit inside a tuning software. Once edited, simply upload the data file back to car and see immediate changes with performance, dynamics, component behavior, etc.

Requirements:

Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10. Both 32/64-bit is supported.
Laptop (any brand/age). With 1 free USB port.

WARNING: Please keep this in mind...

Do NOT update this tool online, or it will get damaged and void you warranty. Only update it when you get update emails from us.
You MUST disconnect from internet when launching or using the software.

How to Install and Run KESS 2.15 Software:

Step 1: Disconnect internet/WIFI before installing software for first time. Also internet/WIFI MUST be disconnected everytime, before launching KESS software.

Step 2: Make sure hardware is NOT connected to computer when installing for first time.

Step 3: Install KESS software. Say "Yes" to all components it asks to install, including: Microsoft Visual Library & Drivers.

Step 4: Exit software after first installation.

Step 5: Plug in KESS Hardware to your USB port. Windows will now install drivers automatically.

Step 6: You may now launch KESS software and connect to car.

Do NOT update the software from internet when it asks you.

Drivers (Drivers are automatically installed when you install software. But if KESS Software doesn't recognize KESS interface, then install these drivers with below instructions...)

How to Install Drivers: (ONLY if connection to KESS unit is unsuccessful)

Step 1: Plug in KESS USB into your computer.

Step 2: Go to Device Manager

Windows Vista/7/8/10: Control Panel » System » Device Manager
Windows XP: Control Panel » System » "Hardware" tab » Device Manager

Step 3: Expand "Other Devices".

Right-click on "USB - Serial Cable" » Update Driver » Then Browse to "Driver 1" folder.

If "Driver 1" fails, then do above also with "Driver 2" folder.
